Another sprite archive.

Lots of custom link-to-the-past style sprites. Zoras, Gorons, Gerudos, Epona...

Very Big collection of Midi Files.

A very popular game creation tool for those who want great flexibility but don't want to spend too long learning to program. Quite powerful, actually, and Kousou Games uses it quite a bit.
A more expensive but more proffesional tool, used for game creation and more. Allows you to create a wide variety of games which are more secure than those made with gamemaker, and no programming is required at all.
A graphical website feature used everywhere, can create videos, images, slideshows, even video games.
Bloodshed Dev C++
A free C++ compilier. What more do you want?
Free Sound editor, very useful tools and excellent selection and functionality for the fact that it's free.
Although I haven't tried it, it's supposed to be very good indeed.
As far as I'm concerned, the very best image editing software there is, but it comes at a hefty price.
A high quality imaging program that I have yet to try.
Meant to be the best website builder there is, but nothing beats good ol' notepad.
